What should I do if I am having trouble signing on to the site?
If you get an error message “Access Information Invalid” when signing in it means the system does not recognize your email and/or password. Please click on the Forget your Password link and request a new password.
If you get an error message “No information was found for your email address” when requesting your password it means we do not have the email address you are using on file. If you will be using this email address to log on and order, please register as a new user with this email address. If you have registered under a different email address, please log on with this email and password.
If you get an error message “We're sorry, our records indicate an account already exists with either your username or email address” it means you are already registered. Try to log on with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, request one by clicking on the Forget your Password link to request a new password.
I can not continue to next screen when registering as a new user (or entering order information). Please check the form to make certain you have not skipped any required fields or entered invalid information in a required field. You will see a “Required” error message. Fill in the required information and hit the “Submit” or “Continue” button.
