Canceling An Order
Coolbaker's goal is to deliver delicious food on-time for your morning and afternoon office needs. To meet that goal, our chef's start early preparing your order for delivery. But we also realize that business plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please note the following:

Orders for morning delivery must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled delivery.

Lunch orders must be canceled by 9:00 a.m. the day the order is to be delivered.

Orders placed for same day delivery are not cancelable.

E-mail and fax cancellations are not accepted.
If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Request an order Cancellation Authorization Number (CAN).

Keep this number for your records.

If you do not receive a CAN, you will be charged for your order.
