Paula Robinson
Paula brings a vast wealth of office management and omer service experience to the Coolbaker’s team. You can count on Paula to make sure you get exactly what you ordered delivered on time, every time. Originally from Connecticut, after several moves across the country, Paula and her husband have made Louisville, KY home. When Paula is not delighting Coolbaker’s customers, she loves spending time cooking, reading, interior decorating and enjoying her family.
Amanda Turner
Amanda brings both customer service and accounting skills to the Coolbaker’s Customer Care team. Born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY, Amanda is a an alumni of the University of Louisville business school with an accounting major. She enjoys making your days easier whether it’s assisting with an order or following up on an invoice. Amanda enjoys relaxing by shopping, reading, and listening to her IPod.
Jessica Griffith
With over 8 years experience in medical billing and reception, Jessica loves taking care of Coolbaker’s customers to ensure we are meeting all of your needs and exceeding your expectations. When she’s not talking to customers, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs as well as travelling, especially anywhere with a beach.
