Patty Wells
Patty brings over 30 years experience in consumer relations and customer service management to Coolbaker’s. As the Customer Care Manager, Patty is our guru of WOW customer service, making sure we take care of all the ordering details so you don’t have to worry. Patty is an animal lover along with being a huge Disney fan. On any given weekend you can find her shopping to add to her Disney collection.
Jodi Yates
Jodi brings a wealth of customer relations and service experience to the Coolbaker’s team. You can always count on Jodi to make sure you get what you want when you need it. Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Jodi has lived in the home of the Cardinals all of her life. She is the proud mom of two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as singing.
Malorie Truman
With a background in retail customer service, Malorie is always focused on delivering that “high 5” experience every time you place an order with Coolbaker’s. Originally from Tennessee, Malorie also lived Georgiabefore settling in Louisville, KY. Malorie enjoys spending time with her husband watching scary movies, playing paintball and going out to eat.
Amanda Turner
Amanda brings both customer service and accounting skills to the Coolbaker’s Customer Care team. Born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY, Amanda is a soon to be alumni of the Universityof Louisvillebusiness school with an accounting major. She enjoys making your days easier whether it’s assisting with an order or following up on an invoice. Amanda enjoys relaxing by shopping, reading, and listening to her IPod.
Auna Roseberry
Auna joined Coolbaker’s in 2006 and brings her retail experience to the Customer Care Team. With Auna ordering is always a breeze so you can check that meeting off your list and move on to your next project. Originally from Ohio, Auna has lived in Cincinnati, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chillicothe, OH. Auna's hobbies include traveling, cooking, and gardening. She loves spending time with her husband and two children.
