Amy Walker
Amy brings a vast wealth of office management and customer service experience to the Coolbaker’s team. You can count on Amy to make sure you get exactly what you ordered delivered on time, every time. Originally from Paducah, KY, Amy spent 8 years working for the Walt Disney Company as the Product Development Coordinator for Parks and Resort Merchandise, before coming to reside in Louisville. When Amy is not delighting Coolbaker’s customers, she loves hanging out with friends and family or watching TV with her kittens Joey and Rachel.
Mandie Burke
Mandie brings exceptional customer care skills to the Coolbaker’s team. Mandie is a University of Louisville Psychology major, by way of Ardmore, OK. She enjoys making your days easier whether it’s assisting with an order or following up on an invoice. When she's not being completely awesome at Coolbaker's Mandie enjoys cheering on her Sooners football team. Mandie also enjoys spending time with her
husband, family, friends, and new lab puppy named Leo. GO SOONERS!
Leah Glasscock
Born and raised in Louisville, KY Leah brings with her over 7 years experience in administration and customer care. Leah loves taking care of Coolbaker’s customers to ensure we are meeting all of your needs and exceeding your expectations. When she’s not talking to customers, Leah enjoys attending her daughter’s sporting events, spending time at her cabin on Lake Cumberland, cooking, reading, shopping and ALL outdoor activities.
