David Jarnagin – President and Creative Visionary
David started Coolbaker’s along with his wife Colleen in August of 2001 in Louisville, KY. Seeing a definite need to simplify bringing in food for office meetings and groups, he set out to provide customers with a fun, easy experience and fresh, fast food delivered on time, every time. David has taken his unique blend of creativity and high tech expertise to bring the concept to life and always put the “cool” in Coolbaker’s, now with 5 locations throughout the region. Being the creative visionary keeps David pretty busy but he does take some time to relax with his wife and feed his love of music by lending his sound expertise to local bands.
Colleen Jarnagin – Vice President and Chief Customer Advocate
Colleen Jarnagin is the inspiration behind our commitment to customer service. Colleen’s previous career was in the nursing field before she and her husband, David, started Coolbaker's in August of 2001. Since starting up Coolbaker's, she has worked in almost every facet of the business from delivery driver and food prep to new product development and executive management. Colleen enjoys relaxing at the lake with her husband and spending time with her niece and step-daughter.
Brad Elliott – Controller Extraordinaire
Brad Elliott recently joined Coolbaker’s from Insight Communications and has made an immediate impact with his extensive financial and operations background. Brad is not only our numbers guy but also oversees all of Coolbaker’s administrative operations. Originally from Sarnia, Ontario, Brad has lived throughout Canada before moving to Louisville, KY. He enjoys reading, travelling and, along with his former fast ball team mates, was inducted into his hometown’s Sports Hall of Fame in October 2007.
Susan Overton – VP of Marketing and Promotions Maven
Susan joined the company at the end of 2007 and brings a diverse background in consumer marketing and sales to the Coolbaker’s leadership team. She is passionate about understanding our customers’ needs and committed to getting the word out on Coolbaker’s so more people can share in the fun. Outside of the office, Susan stays busy keeping up with her daughter’s soccer schedule and working on her golf game.
